Žica (Wire)

This wire sculpture was made during my third year of art school. A spontaneous construction, it began as a study of material tension and form, but quickly became a reflection on containment and presence.

The tangled mass of wire is both a drawing in space and a kind of internal sketch: anxious, raw, and self-contained.
