TWINS – Diary
A cycle of 36 red monotypes exploring the earliest visual language of duality.
TWINS is a print-based series inspired by ultrasound imagery and the symmetrical echo of early gestation.
These forms reference cell division, mirroring, and the fragile beginnings of identity.
Each print is a variation—holding space for sameness, difference, and the unseen dialogue between bodies that begin together.
The ultrasound became a bridge—linking the physical transformation of pregnancy to the visual language I had been exploring for years.
Two abstract forms in relation to one another: searching for the other, becoming the other, archetyping the most basic human need for connection.
