VRIJEME (TIME)
Created for an exhibition curated by my former mentor, Vrijeme is a reflection on memory, nostalgia, and the feeling of distance from one’s own creative past.

The figure—a soft, indistinct form—stands with one leg in a flowing river, its body marked by three shapes, both excluding and succulent. A reference to time’s divisions: past, present, and future. The piece emerged during a period of emotional heaviness, when art-making felt far away and memory felt like a current I was only partially inside.

It is both a self-portrait and a mythological creature. A witness to time, and a body shaped by it.
