Povezivanje (Connecting)

Created during my third year of art school, Povezivanje marks an early exploration of duality, tension,
and the space between.
The two forms in the etching press silently against the divide, shaped more by what separates them than by their own edges. The connection exists not in touch, but in the pressure—the quiet force of being almost together.
Years later, during my twin pregnancy, I saw this same shape again on an ultrasound screen. What I thought was abstract form became memory. Or prophecy.
